Dec 14, 2017· This is common problem on gehl grinders and I think new hollands. Basically any grinder that has the mill takeout auger under the vertical screw. The 1150 ihc mixer mill auger dumps onto the mix screw above the bottom. We used to take the mill auger out of gehl and add flipper paddles to throw fluffy stuff up to mixer screw.

Mind you, sometimes the pepper grinds too coarsely, and it can be a bit fiddly to tighten the screw at the bottom to force a finer grind (if you're holding the grinder upside down, you have to push down on the screw as you tighten it to close the gap).
